2. What we collect

  • Account data — name, email, login credentials, plan/subscription status.
  • Content you submit — chat messages, reflections, OSCE inputs, study queries.
  • Usage data — pages visited, tools used, basic device/browser info, IP address.
  • Support communications — emails or messages you send us.

Please do not submit identifiable patient data or protected health information to our AI tools.

3. Why we use it (purposes & legal basis)

  • Create and run your account, deliver the Service — contract performance.
  • Process payments and prevent fraud (via Paddle) — contract / legitimate interests.
  • Improve and secure the Service, debug errors — legitimate interests.
  • Customer support — contract / legitimate interests.
  • Marketing emails (only if you opt in) — consent.
  • Legal/regulatory compliance — legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

  • Paddle — Merchant of Record for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Hosting & infrastructure providers — to run the Service securely.
  • AI model providers — to generate responses to your prompts (no training on your inputs).
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where legally required.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on UK/EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

6. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period for legal and accounting requirements. Chat history and reflections you save are kept until you delete them or close your account. After deletion data is removed or anonymised.

7. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, email Rad_guideltd@outlook.com — we'll respond within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and basic site functionality. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.

10. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over.

We will post any material changes here and update the "last updated" date.
