We want you to be happy with Student Atlas. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders.

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
• Email us at Rad_guideltd@outlook.com and we'll arrange it for you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds for renewal charges are available within 30 days of the renewal date.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
